The Micah Project guys.
If / when I leave Honduras, I will really miss these guys that I often hang out with on Sundays (at the Micah Project, a group home here for guys from the street / troubled homes).
So much hurt in their history, but so much hope...in the LORD!!!
Pictured above are Jerson, Miguel, Danilo, and Fredy.

Just a note re: Sew on Fire - it looks like a great ministry and would be good (I think) for all ages of our church to participate (knitting, sewing, putting bags together - men & women could help). The problem might be w/ it not being a Word and deed ministry - from what I've read, they prepare bags for anyone to take as missionaries. From that I would assume that we're talking about all kinds of denominations, and maybe some that we would not want to be associated with. I have to research more, but I could understand why some might not want to be associated w/ it wholeheartedly. I'm looking into it more. D
